1. Discord User Information

We collect basic public information such as your Discord User ID, Username, and Avatar hash. This is the minimum requirement to identify you as an entrant in a giveaway. We do not access your email address or password.

2. Server Information

If you add the bot to your server, we store the Guild ID, Guild Name, and channel configurations necessary for the bot to post giveaway messages and track participation within that specific server.

3. Giveaway Data

We store logs of active and past giveaways, including entry lists (User IDs of participants), prizes, durations, and winner selections. This data is retained for history logs available to server administrators.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information.

We retain giveaway data for a period of 90 days after the giveaway concludes for audit purposes, after which it is automatically anonymized or deleted.

Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your data removed from our systems, you can use the /forget-me command within Discord or contact our support team. Please note that deleting your data may disqualify you from active giveaways.
